FADE IN:

EXT. GROVE/MEADOW – MORNING

There’s a large glowing tree, it stands taller than the rest. The camera moves toward it and we see the light particles are swirling around it, the light particles start forming shapes and sweep behind the tree, and around comes the EASTER BUNNY.

The bunny gets to work and starts hiding eggs around the grove. He sees that one of the eggs in the basket has a crack. Intrigued, he picks it up to get a better look at it, but the crack spreads and out pops a chick.

CHICK

Peep.

The bunny imprints on to the chick.

The chick peeps at him. The bunny unbothered walks away and begins to place the rest of his eggs. We see the bunny, but behind him we see the chick wobbling and stumbling around, sensing something the bunny stops and turns around to see nothing. When he turns back to place an egg by the rock the chick pops up from behind him.

The bunny walks away and continues to place his eggs but as he grabs another egg, he finds the chick in his paw.

The bunny huffs and thumps his foot in frustration. He places the chick down again and walks away. The chick collides with the bunny. The bunny walks forward and stops, a couple of times, the chick following suit. The bunny, realizing what’s happening, stops and walks backwards and forwards, the chick copying his movements.

The bunny stares at the chick but the resigns with a sigh, letting the chick follow him on his journey.
